All Pictures of chocolates are also Indicative.

Pictures of all perishable commodities chocolates are strictly indicative. Dark twist will provide you the best quality products as available.

In case of branded items, manufactured by other companies, there is a possibility that the item might be unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer. In the above scenario, the dark twist will try to replace the original product with another product of similar design and quality. Customer approval will be sort of WhatsApp or phone. However, in case the customer does not respond within 8 hours to our WhatsApp, it shall be assumed that the customer has given his/her consent to the change in the product.

The Delivery Confirmation will be sent through  WhatsApp and in no case can it be treated as proof of time of delivery. Confirmation WhatsApp or phone call might be sent a few hours after the actual delivery.

In case of courier items, if you cancel your order you have to pay half of the money for it.
